Wanda Lewis has been devoted to health and fitness for over twenty years. After finding Pilates about 10 years ago, she loved the way it improved her lifestyle and wanted to share that experience with others. She has since purchased this studio and became a Peak Pilates® Mat Certified Instructor in June of 2016. Wanda holds further certifications in Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Cadillac training through Pilates Sports Centers (PSC) and is also trained in Barre and TRX® Suspension. Whether it’s to recover from an injury or build a strong core and long, lean muscles, Wanda loves seeing her students get stronger, healthier, and accomplish their goals. Wanda also has a passion for animals and has fostered several dogs.
